Report Writing
Most attorneys will substantiate that an expert’s report should be written in IRAC. Its structure is: issue, rule, analysis, and conclusion. To the best of this expert’s knowledge, no one has continued this form of report writing for carpet inspections. Typically, their issue is with the ‘issue’.
